If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy allows you to return only those products purchased by you directly from us on getgocube.com with a money back guarantee, subject to the below.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
(a) return the product to our address indicated by us (after contacting us at email@example.com), within 30 calendar days from receiving the relevant product(s) – your name and original purchase details must be indicated,
(b) return the product(s) in a good and unused condition, the product must be undamaged, in its original packaging,
(c) ensure that all items and accessories, manuals, and documentation originally included in the product’s package, and/or in your order, are included in your returned package.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive further information and instructions with respect to shipping returned products, we may also request you to provide us with additional information regarding your purchase, such as your name, your purchase number (or other information related to your original purchase). Kindly note that any expenses related to the shipping of returned products shall be borne solely by you. We also note that shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are non-refundable, and that a refund, to the extent applicable, shall only be up to the actual amount paid for the product itself.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a reasonable number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In case the returned product does not qualify for a refund, for example, if it is in used condition, in case some of the original accessories are missing, Particula Ltd. retains the right to refuse providing a refund, in which case we will contact you and notify you.
